3. Project Scope and Deliverables
All projects will have a clearly defined scope of work agreed upon before commencement. Any changes to the scope will be documented and may result in additional fees. Deliverables will be provided as specified in the project agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:
- A deposit may be required before work commences

5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the deliverables created specifically for your project. SheetFlow Automations retains the right to use general techniques, methodologies, and non-proprietary code in future projects. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will keep all project information and business data confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to complete the project or as required by law.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing necessary access to systems and data
- Timely feedback and approvals
- Accurate and complete information
- Testing deliverables in their environment
8. Warranties and Limitations
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner. However, we do not guarantee that our solutions will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Support and Maintenance
Post-project support terms will be specified in the project agreement. Bug fixes for issues directly caused by our work are typically included for a specified period. Ongoing maintenance and feature additions may be available under separate agreements.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date. All completed deliverables up to that point will be provided to the client.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in accordance with applicable laws.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
